We’ve all heard the radio messages from Bob Jerns over the years. Today I had the pleasure of meeting him. I ask Bob to come out and talk about some humidity issues we were having. He could have easily sold us on a very expensive unit. Instead, he told me exactly what would help the problem and how to do it. It turns out, we just needed a little knowledge. Bob was generous enough to help our family out by sharing his years of experience. I offered something for his time but all he wanted was a handshake. He’s a super personable and smart guy. We had a new Amana (furnace and A/C) installed after having to replace a circuit board in our 27 year old Heil system. We have had Jern's out in the past to service our old unit and they were always quick to respond and quick to get us going again.
