There was an issue of some kind (not their fault) and they had to return on Monday to fix it. They came on Monday as promised and the furnace has been working perfectly. "We needed to have our heater diagnosed and repaired. We called and had a repairman here the next morning. It turned out that our flame sensor was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Our repair man diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Overall, the price was very reasonable, and our repairman gave us some tips for the future. I'll call again next time I need service, but that'll be a while. I'm confident he fixed the problem!"
